Our client is a Wealth Management boutique.

We are currently looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Investor Relations / Business Developer. 

The role: The incumbent will be focused on developing the investor base of the private bank and will be the entry point for all Private Market investment solutions from the bank. In addition, she/he will have the responsibility to lead the effort outside the partnership to attract new clients.

The candidate will be working closely with the CEO as well as the private bankers to develop and market investment solutions for private and institutional investors in Private Markets (dedicated mandates and strategies).

Candidate profile: Age 30/35, with a confirmed experience and proven track record in a similar role (approximately 5 years in a similar role within the Private Equity industry: fundraiser, investor relations,…)

Confirmed experience in dealing with private investors with a strong understanding of clients’ needs and challenges for investing in private markets.

They are in the process of establishing a digital private banking platform in Luxembourg focused on mass affluent clients in the European Union. The platform will use cutting edge Fintech and artificial intelligence solutions to offer a sophisticated and streamlined service to its clients.

They are looking to recruit a CEO to lead the project and quickly roll out the platform in key Continental European markets. The person should have a strong track record at the Board level within the banking sector and strong experience in the fintech sector. Experience of dealing with the regulators in Frankfurt and Luxembourg is essential. The person needs to have had exposure to several different markets in Europe and ideally speak several languages.

We are currently working with several Family Offices in Miami that are building out their advisory base. We are seeking Private Bankers/Wealth Managers with an international book of clients, preferably in LATAM.

15 years+ experience as a Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager/Private Banker.
Book of clientele in the $100MM+ range up to $1BB+
Strong desire to build and secure new relationships and assets for the firm.
Ability to integrate and sell investments that trade “off the screen” i.e. Private Placements, Real Estate, Merchant Banking and Private Equity offerings into existing client portfolios, where suitable.
Strong background in international business.
Strong connections in LATAM and the local markets in either Miami, DC, NYC or Europe.
Ability to integrate into the culture of a pure FO/MFO

These opportunities are for seasoned advisors who today will most likely be working in a private bank or broker dealer, without the exposure to the added product offerings of a Family Office.
